The CSV contains description, quantity, unit, unit price in USD, and line total in USD columns, with editable interior painting items. It is a plain CSV structure, not an XLSX workbook with formatting or built-in formulas.
Open it in Excel and add calculations
Import the file as UTF-8 with a comma delimiter. Enter your quantities and rates. Calculate each line total as quantity times unit price, rounded to two decimal places. Add the line totals before applying any discount and tax.
Review before sharing
Check formulas and sum ranges when you add rows. Set your print area and preview the result so columns are not split across pages. Keep a copy of the version you send.
