Email info@fluxerlabs.com with “Trazo” in the subject. Include your account email, what you were trying to do and any message shown. Do not send passwords, payment card details or customer documents unless we specifically need a redacted example.
Account access
Use Sign in and “Forgot your password?” for an email/password account. If you registered with Google, continue with the same Google account. Check your spam folder for reset instructions.
Payments and cancellation
Open My plan to manage payment methods or cancel renewal. If you paid but Pro is not visible, choose “Check plan status” before starting another checkout. Contact us if the status still looks wrong.
Your documents and data
Save changes before downloading a PDF. A shared link points to a specific saved revision; create a new link after editing if you want to share that revision. Revoke links from the editor. Visit Account settings to export your records or delete your account.
Report a security issue
Contact the same support address with “Trazo security” in the subject. Describe the issue without accessing other users’ information. We do not offer a guaranteed response time or a bug bounty.
