Using Trazo

Trazo is provided by Fluxer Labs SL for adult painting professionals and businesses. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms. You must be authorized to act for the business, keep account access secure and provide accurate account and billing information. The plan supports one owner and one business.

You own the content you enter. You give us permission to store, display, export and back it up solely to provide and protect the service. Do not upload unlawful content, access another account, evade usage limits, disrupt the service or use it to send unsolicited messages.

Estimates and limits

Trazo produces estimates, not invoices, contracts or legally binding electronic signatures. You set and verify measurements, prices, taxes, exclusions and terms before sending a document. Templates provide starting points, not market prices or professional advice. Statuses and follow-up dates are updated manually; Trazo does not send customer messages automatically.

The calculator can be used without an account. A free account includes its first saved estimate and PDF export. Pro allows additional estimates, the line item library and Pro templates. Each estimate supports up to 100 line items, and a library up to 500 items. The dashboard displays up to 500 estimates; the account export includes the full stored collection.

Subscription and cancellation

Trazo Pro is $29 USD per month, billed in advance through Stripe and renewed monthly until canceled. The amount you authorize is displayed in Checkout before payment. Any future price change will be communicated before it applies, with the opportunity to cancel renewal.

Cancel renewal through “My plan” and the billing portal. Access continues through the paid period; after it ends, saved documents remain available to view and download. Editing and new Pro work require reactivation. Canceling renewal does not itself delete your data. Account deletion is available once any subscription has ended.

For a duplicate charge, billing error or refund request, contact support with the account email and payment date, not your card details. We review requests individually. These terms do not remove any refund, cancellation or other right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Failed or incomplete payment does not activate Pro.

Availability and ending service

We maintain safeguards and recovery copies, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that the service is free from every error. Keep copies of documents important to your business. We may restrict misuse or access that threatens other accounts. For ordinary changes or discontinuation, we will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to export data where practicable.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for errors in information you provide or for decisions you make using an estimate. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without displacing mandatory protections or jurisdiction rules that apply to you.
